I'm looking at the Elcon on board charger as a replacement for the Greenwatt. It is on the list as compatible with Orion 2 BMS. Assuming it works with the Fuv, you would need to reconfigure the front of the Fuv. The struts and square tube that holds the struts are only 1/2 an inch from the current Greenwatt on board charger. And that Greenwatt is only 1.75" tall.
The only way we can figure to get more space for a bigger on board charger is to move stuff. The front of the Fuv has headlamps and windshield wiper fluid funnel in the way. We think if you illegally put the headlamps back to where they were on the sides and put vents where the lamps are now, you might be able to either angle the inverter/cooling plate/on board charger sandwich to be more flat or pull the whole thing outward 3 or so inches. It just isn't pretty.
