How to Use Arcimoto’s Support Email

UPDATE FROM Arcimoto: Arcimoto parts and service in Oregon has temporarily lost access to their Atlassian communication software. We have set up a gmail account to help customers reach out for any parts and/or service needs. If you need to contact the service department, please use the following email address: service.arcimoto@gmail.com
You MUST include your full name, phone number and complete 17 digit VIN number of the vehicle. Please include this information in the subject line of the email.
UPDATE: As of now, Atlassian is not working so there is no way to get ahold of Arcimoto for support. I’m very sorry. Arcimoto is hoping it will be up by August 16th 🤞

Mark Cline of Arcimoto updated us on the status of Arcimoto. A new phone number and email address for support is coming. Please continue to use the psp@arcimoto.atlassian.net email for support (ensure you include your full name, address, phone, VIN number, and description of problem or what parts you need.)

Another option is to create an account via https://arcimoto.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer

But be aware, the queue is very long. For those farther away from Eugene, it will be a problem. Parts will be sold soon. If you go to the AMP Monday through Thursday between about 8am and 3:30pm there might be someone there. Currently, there are only a few employees. They are trying to build up again to start manufacturing but it will take time. Right now their priority is getting contract jobs and service.

Mark Cline informed us that we can continue to use the email address, psp@arcimoto.atlassian.net, to request service. When you send an email, ensure you include:
  • Your full name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • VIN number
  • Detailed description of the problem
Some examples of email support requests:

Once you’ve emailed your request to psp@arcimoto.atlassian.net, you will get a confirmation email back. DO NOT DELETE THAT EMAIL. The email has a link to the history and status of that request.
The link will take you to the website with a history of email exchanges for your support request.

Once you can get to one support request, you can now get a link to other support requests.

You can also search around and see your profile, and the full original request.

Hello.

My name it Tom,

I don't use Facebook. How do I join this hub with other means?

one of the early owner of the first pre-production model bought in Dec. 2019.

I worry about the tires and brakes. Does anyone know if Arcimoto still have these spare parts and a Service tech., around San Francisco are in California?

Hi Tom, this is a Google Blogger site. You can post here all you want. The best place to get help, however, is the FB groups. You might want to consider creating an account just for Arcimoto support. There are techs on that group that can help. For now, just follow directions in this post to request parts. The rotors are custom, the pads not so much. I also have a parts list. Arcimoto is slowly starting up their service center at their original Arcimoto Manufacturing Plant (AMP) and they have lots of parts. If you are near Eugene, I encourage you to swing by their plant and see if their roll up doors are open and you if can get help directly.
